And there you have it... Planning for 1 billion shares. ACRL has just filed a PRE 14C. In my post just last week, I indicated that it was likely that ACRL would become another one of those companies that issues 100's of million, even billions of shares, thereby ensuring that there would never be any opportunity for share growth. WHY does a company like this need to authorize a billion shares? Is it because they have toxic debt converters intent on trading this stock to generate profits, exclusively for themselves, at the expense of those of us who have held the shares for years? What are the executives of this company doing for the shareholders? Where are the results? Do they have a plan to raise capital without going the toxic debt route or will this be the course for the next several quarters, to pay management fees, issue press releases, and buy options on tired properties here and there, with little intention of ever developing them? Mr. Grant, you owe us some REAL answers!
