yesterday Filing confirms that RMRK is becoming officially a Bitcoin play !


per yesterday filing we have the confirmation that Croe Inc is becoming THE CRYPTO COMPANY and they are moving into Nevada


1. To approve the change in our corporate domicile from the State of Utah to the State of Nevada (the “ Conversion ”);

2. To approve the proposed Articles of Incorporation of the Company reflecting a change in our name to “The Crypto Company” (the “ Proposed Name Change ”);
