John Banks called me within a few hours of my posting several weeks ago.
He seemed nervous and bumbled around until I ended the call, as it was pointless to continue, and I have a real company to run.
John told me some time back that he owns no common shares nor does Tom, Tom sold a long,long, time ago....according to John and Tom. Call him and ask him.
Perhaps he was selling when he was talking to shareholders?
They have no vested interest in this company, no method to enrich themselves via PYCT shares, let that sink in and wait for the light bulb to go on.
John told me Peter Coorey is a mere figure head, someone he consults with from time time on certain matters.
Best I can ascertain is that this has been a poorly run share selling scam, then they started selling Class B shares, then they reached out to shareholders begging for money.
John has said many,many things, never backed up a damn one of them, so suffice to say its over.
John Banks, Peter Coorey , nor Tom (sold all his shares Hands) will ever tell you the truth, so I have.
The truth, as best I can figure from all the crap that came out of Banks mouth. Is it true, is it crap? I can not verify anything except Banks is a joke and I am not laughing.
I did not want to write this post, encourage John to come clean, but this will never happen.
I emailed Banks this evening, and here is is his reply, good luck with those official channels.
