How to make it:
Separate three eggs.
In one bowl, mix the egg yolks with three tablespoons of cottage cheese or cream cheese until smooth.
In a different bowl, beat cream of tartar and egg whites on high speed until you reach stiff peaks.
Fold in the egg yolk mixture with egg white mixture and form rounds on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
