Spoke with GFOX CEO Daniel Sobolewski today. He said he's expecting Grey Fox Holdings delinquent filings within the last two years to be submitted within the next 4-6 weeks, bringing the company back to current PINK tier status around the end of October. Mr. Sobelewski assured me once the company is caught up with Q's and K's, he will provide corporate updates, shortly afterward.
Never spoke with him before. Seemed to be genuine and will take him at his word since the press release back in May never put a timetable as to when these filings would come out.
