Court case update.
It is neither good or bad news. Some plaintiffs still need to be served.

It does show however that this thing is real. Dolat Ventures the mining company would not be wasting resources to reclaim shares. A Chinese company would make a case against these shareholders as they were given a reward with no work. This is very much against Chinese culture.
