MM's are just trying to create some volume in hopes that the PR will help spark some buying. The first 2 trades of the days were 8M and 1M Form T lots, looks like 80M was cross traded and they dumped another 80M at .00098. Only 20M were actual buys on the ask. IMO it is just smoke and mirrors so far, but I could be wrong.
