-1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL seems to be 2.87 Billion DUTV ..

I looked at 287 million DUTV - 254 million OCSI and got roughly 33 -34 million shares...

Though I suppose a you could go with a 10:1 F/S and get 2.87 billion if 1.47 billion slapped paper I suppose you would have a 1.4 Billion non conventional IPO?

I suppose .01 x 50% removed by paper would net .50 to start?

Tag a Nasdaq ready you can file paper to dance again at .50 ? Shorts would have 30 days to clear ?
