It's called a miscalculation, NOT A LIE, there are multiple Attorney's, Accountants, SEC, etc all involved, many moving parts. He would have nothing to gain by lying, the stock has barely traded. What your beef with Mr. Gilmore, he is upstanding NAVY SEAL. Relax, all good things come to those who wait.
