I wonder if OTCM even knows that Portage Resources, which states that

Portage Resources Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,”
or “our”) incorporated under
the laws of the State of Nevada on July 20, 2006.

still lists Garate and Luna as officers and NONE of the Millers, and has been revoked in Nevada since 2013.


Since they haven't troubled themselves to file anything with OTCM since May of 2016 (hence the STOP sign), it isn't possible to tell if they've somehow registered the company in some other state.

(Other than the Great State of Disillusion, of course. Dey's card carrying citizens there, I suspect.)
