Sorry, but usually when a scam company fails to file 2 10K's and 6 10Q's it pretty much is an indication that it will be suspended by the SEC


If this "scam company" did anything wrong, sec could suspend it for fraud.

But suspending a stock which obviously paid money to file , and started to file recently is senseless.

They suspended it because they did not file in a moment they started to file. Does it make sense? No, obviously they were working on it and 10-k would follow.

There are many stocks which did not file since years. These are the stocks sec should suspend, but not the once which started to file.
