It's a mater of personality. I am a straight shooter, so I always say what I feel.

Usually I am a polite person, but, I can also be rude, and, it is the case here. I really have a very bad opinion about the CEO, maybe because I can see things that others can't see.

My experience of 20 years trading penny stocks for a living, allow me to identify in minutes, some signals that others can't see.

I may say that after seeing what he is doing, and, specially how he is doing, I am not so optimistic as before.

About the consultants, I agree. Or he has very bad consultants, or no consultants at all. Clearly he is doing all without a logic sequence, he is just doing it.

That is a matter of personality, he talks too much, and, has not organization. The best example is the mess that was his accountancy, as per his own words. A reliable, competent CEO does not let that happen. He is running a PUBLIC company, he has a fiduciary duty to his shareholders.

I run a much bigger company, but, it is private, I own 100% of the capital, I can do whatever I want, nobody puts the nose on my company. If I do something wrong, it is my problem. It is not the case here. As a CEO of a public company, he needs to act in a way that protects the shareholders. He is not doing that, and, the market is telling him very clearly that he is not doing things correctly.
