No I have not met Mr. Hassett. I realize I do not cut them much slack but I do have respect for their engineering talents and achievements. They still have much to prove on their management chops.
As a retail investor I am not in the 'know' (and I don't want to be because knowing information insiders do will affect my ability to freely trade).
Despite my questioning their success and veracity I realize bringing a start up to a profitable state is very difficult and a mix of skill and luck. So far they have been on the receiving side of a ton of bad luck (which by definition means their investors have too).

I also think it is possible that they can bring this company to a profitable state. But start ups are a toss up. Even if the tech is good management can make bad decisions or have all bad luck and they will still fail. Apple has made amazing computers since their inception, but they couldn't get into the market and profit much despite their superior technology until the ipod (and eventually iphone) took off.

So my knee jerk reaction is to water down posts that are overly enthusiastic to provide a countering perspective. Its a risky investment until they its not and not investor should think they won't lose all of their money.

As for chatting, thank you but out side of these public posts I will pass. It seems you do talk to the company and I don't want to get in that loop. I don't want any possibility of hearing something that could prevent me from buying or selling freely.

I will continue to hope the company communicates appropriately with all investors about progress, difficulties, and opportunities and that none of us have to talk directly with them.
