pgpm was suspended for fraud, not delinquency. it will not be revoked because it wasn't registered in the first place.

So delinquency trumps fraud? I would think fraud would be the more egregious act.

Yes, I'm aware that that stock had dropped from .004 to .0002 once it opened on the greys. Hell, just a few weeks earlier it was trading over a penny. It's probably a good thing TALK wasn't trading at higher prices before this suspension. Like I was saying to a fellow poster the other day, TALK is/was practically wiped out already at the current price of .0002, so it's not like TALK can drop much more. I suspect TALK will probably trade at .0001 once it starts trading on the greys perhaps even going no bid at times then it will have a few pops to .0002. It will be interesting to see the kind of action TALK will have on its first day on the greys.
