Using the PerfChart function at StockCharts.com, you can review up to 10 ETFs against each other. Or nine against an index.

252 days equals one calendar year. You can stretch the X-axis to get the time frame you wish. Here's an example for the Healthcare sector:


With the adjustable x-Axis you can stretch all the way back to the market lows of March, 2009 to see how they each would have done.

You could choose other sectors or market style funds to group to see relative performance, too. Some funds do better in some time frames. Also, the PowerShares sector funds changed their M.O. from a blend of technical and fundamental selection to one of pure momentum a couple of years ago, so watch for that change in how they select for their sector ETFs.
