That would be epic but doubt it happens. I think the stadiums are still going to be packed. BUT!!! I bet the TV ratings start to drop further for sure. What will really crack me up is when the rating start to drop and the NFL has to back peddle. That will make the NFL look pretty dumb. If it starts to eat into profits the owners and league will change their tune real fast IMO.
