About the timeline. We don't know if plans for the commercial unit have been finalized, parts must be ordered ( maybe even fabricated ) and shipped, permits secured, construction ( pour concrete in Wyoming in January on frozen tundra, sure ), assemble and test plant. Many moons ago I asked if anyone thought CCTC would have a commercial plant up and running this time next year, that was around the time of the big coal meeting in Wyoming. I wasn't joking then. I think the summer of 2018 might be closer, but more like in the 3rd quarter next year. All this if history is any indication. Things have changed, but have they? Come on Robin, prove me wrong, I double dog dare you, whatever that means.
