As an investor we all are supposed to set aside emotions. Realistically on the surface the patents possess large value. But why on each positive press release does share price stagnate?
It is becoming obvious that it will take a MAJOR news release such as license agreement or intent to purchase the company announced, or IPR denials, and so on, but the risk here is that none of the above are probable IMO.
More likely will be that the Oil States case comes and goes without any direct reflection on the Voippal. Things might be corrupt out there but will things be changed overnight, probably not. Will Voippal be the poster child of small technology patent owner as the victim to FAANG, who knows. And more likely than not will be that all IPRs are not overturned and the case drags out for a very very long time. Then think dilution, selling.
Just a realistic opinion and not a surprising one considering how long this has taken to get to where we are today.
