I would like to believe the India patent will drum up interest but again following the positive news the stock sputters and bidding at 2.6 cents toward the close.
One thing about patents in India is that any objection could end up in a 4-5 YEAR legal qualm based on other tech patents granted in that country. The numbers of cellular phone customers means nothing until they are past the point of being able to be challenged.
Again, to repeat, does this company have the staying power to battle for YEARS both in the U.S., Canada, and abroad?
