No, actually they were up to the $100-200 bil range so this would pull it near 1/2 trillion range USD. In rupees, they'll prolly have to print more as prolog more than India has... So, back to India....the last India deals worked out pretty good for vplm, eh? Vplm is so smart and so progressive.. I'm as proud as punch. Hey, hears ago, when I suggested plan B (licensing) instead of outright selling, it was vehemently opposed to here. It was said that the BOD were too old for that & needed to just sell & be done. I pointed Ted out out how ridiculous that was. So I guess that means none of these wishful thinking scenarios csn ever work out anyway, because the BOD is too old & about to croak out. Pity.
