I would contend that Charts have little to do with the PPS of any of these stinky pinkies, which includes ORRV.

OTC is only based on trust, buying pressure and charts



What makes the PPS move is all the hype Frankie and Willie put out..aka P&D..

Also the PPS will move on what flippers are doing...

Charts... nah..

Certainly no trust for ORRV.
