I feel he has been waiting for the stork to drop the financier. That never happened.

He needs to clean this mess up as a basic fiduciary duty. I bet he is still expecting the stork to drop a financier who will clean up this mess at this critical time.

what affiliation does he even have with the oil industry? This company needs a new CEO. Badly.

Other fake companies put out hot air pr's and show there is life to the stock, this CEO chose to be silent. As we can see it was a bad move as the silence was deafening to the SEC. A pump n dump CEO would have treated us a lot better.
