What I’m about to post is what leads me to think that something major is going on with RCHA that’s greatly related to having NASDAQ implications that required RCHA to bring on the services of a more qualified and more powerful Auditor to come on board. I think it is something dealing with the magnitude of their dividend in HypGen (HPGN) that RCHA had indicated to be awarding/issuing to its shareholders. Remember, HPGN sits at $1.00 per share and was awarded/assigned the United States Utility Patent Application No. 62/420,177 titled "Compositions and Methods of Use of Phorbol Esters for the Treatment of Parkinson's disease."
This is huge because HPGN and RCHA plans to conduct clinical studies to assess potential treatment options for Parkinson's disease based upon this intellectual property platform. The dividend above and because of how big I believe it is going to be is the reason in my opinion why RCHA, on Sep 18, 2017, filed an 8-K with the SEC stating that RCHA had dismissed their old Auditor to hire/engage Anton & Chia, LLP as their new Auditor which I believe will help HPGN to trade on the NASDAQ:
Important to note, about Anton & Chia, LLP is that they were recently hired as the Auditor for ZK International Group Co., Ltd. which just completed it IPO and now trades on the NASDAQ at $8.00+ per share:
