I'm not sure. It's definitely the same judge hearing the oral arguments (I thought there were 3 but one is listed in the document). I've read appeals are done by the same judges somewhere before. Must be that way for specific scenarios. I've also read that it's extremely difficult to win an appeal with the same judges. What judge is going to over turn their own decision when no new evidence/proof has surfaced? I've been wrong before but this is a huge reason I'm confident about this appeal going our way
