For me, I would say it is pretty much 100% what is moving on the day and getting a lot of posts on the main Ihub Boards. I typically look at the top gainers list each day and the boards. Top gainers list if on the Tools tab on the top of the page, then date tools and then top lists. From there there is a drop down under the OTC other for "Top gainers".
