I absolutely agree but don't believe Harding will do anything. By his admission, McKowen is the largest stockholder in both TURV and GrowCo and subleases the first greenhouse. Therefore he controls almost 100% of the revenue. Under Harding's watch, our common interest in the second greenhouse has gone from 33% to 19%. Why would that happen since the agreement was that TURV would provide all the capital and they were to provide the expertise. It should have been disclosed that the largest stockholder had effect control of the company. A real CEO would have repossessed the greenhouse and found tenants when Suncanna defaulted. I have more to say about the ownership structure of Grow Co but will have to wait til later. I'm just saying that it doesn't look like an arm's length transaction to me. We got screwed and they know it.
