This will be a great merger for anyone who was in with a large number of shares before the announcement. Intiva likely based their numbers off of the share price at the time of transaction... Anyone who was in before the announcement should be very pleased no matter what happens. Who is the world gets lucky enough to hold a shell company that was bought out by the godfather of MJ investing. Congrats to all who did.
