Hahaha.... Not a single ounce of verifiable evidence to support those opinions that are masked as facts.

Also, not nice to leave out important facts like:

Previous management was bought out and sold all the preferred shares which constituted 100% of their voting rights.

Company is no longer in the sports drink industry. Rather, they are now in the dairy industry.

New management and the BOD are seasoned dairy executives with a track record of success.

They announced an LOI and then followed through with the acquisition.

They are now projected to do over $250,000 in revenues from this first (of several) acquisitions in only their first six weeks of taking over the company.

There is absolutely no evidence and the company has gone to great lengths to establish the fact that previous management no longer has anything to do with the new operations.

These are the undeniable facts.
