I heard a Radio commercial this morning with a State official in SoCal re:MJ legalization... She was asked if she was worried about a Black Market once the rules changed...
All she said about it was that todays customers are concerned with clean safe product and that California will see to it that it will be regulated to that end... Her big concern is that they don't make reg's so complicated that price forces it.

That was it - short and sweet - no other subject matter - just Testing..

Folks,the testing and cleanliness sector, unlike any other, are in for a deluge of free publicity leading up to opening day.
