Leo didn't have limited funds? Aspire has
been there for as much needed. Leo just snagged another 30 million which should have been added 2 years ago not when the stock price is at 70 pennies. So they wasted 3 years on Absssi with still no timetable for starting. Poor CEO decisions believing a partnership would pay for phase 3's. Leo crawls back to Aspire with no other deals in site.
