Whats your view re possible dilution ?

Nothing concrete. I will finish my forecast first.

Good DD on the Kowa payment . Any idea why they are recording the entire payment in 2018 as opposed to spreading it over 3 yrs ?

It wasn't new, was posted at the time of the analysis ... accounting ... as I said to you several times cost and cash-out aren't a same category.
