Like you rightfully said, NQ's claims. NQ is an equity entity of the trust in which the trust have a 10b claim. My CTs are preferred shares of that Trust and not LBHI or Lehman Brothers.

You own the claim indirectly through the Trust because you own preferred shares of the Capital trust.
