Welcome aboard! I'm not versed on which US brokers will allow you to open a account to trade. There may be some out there. Maybe google it and see if you get any hits. I'm not sure of Etrade still does or not. I know years back they did but they may have changed their Country area as to who they allow to open accounts and from where.
