To support the thought that Leo needs to be in a strong bargaining position when the phase 2 studies have concluded, he should be ready to start one or more phase 3 studies if BP drags their feet. I hope he is planning for this now as a backup plan as that would be a show of strength. I realize some here think a B-OM or UP or franchise deal is a lock, and I am in the "I hope so too" camp, but nothing is guaranteed in my opinion until the ink is on the paper.
