Pros

There were many opportunities to take on new responsibilities, to learn and grow.
The small environment aided in the re-branding efforts undertaken.
There was room for creativity and management abilities to shine.

Cons

The lack of stability of the work environment at times (like with any newly established startup).
The management style could create personality clashes in the office yet were always resolved quickly by those envolved.

Advice to Management

Keep doing great work in sea wave energy innovation! you do important work and being able to be a part of that is a wonderful thing.
