You need to study what the short report actually means. I am not going to explain it right now, but most of those shorts are very short term and covered before EOD. The MMs are short shares for brief periods. It's complicated, but no one is shorting a stock that rarely has over 1.5 million shares traded, it's to risky. Google what the OTC short report really means or if there is someone here with more patience than me, please explain it to SMITTY.
