post Default - BK was never an option

Why would Josh Sason allow AMBS to file BK when it would place him as a 1st-in-line creditor, with all other creditors, and in front of a BK Judge who would offer Magna pennies on the dollar?

It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever that he would do this concerning repayment options on Magna's $16-Mil. loans?

The answer is - he wouldn't.

He would much rather seek to have Gerald find a buyer who would pay off the full-face-value of the loans, and possibly all accrued interest and fee's.

If that didn't work, he would seek to auction off the IP, as it was the IP that collateralized the loans. Magna now owns AMBS's IP and they can do with it as they want in accordance to the loan package terms & conditions.

Strange that the same CEO who proved to be a multi-year serial liar and the same individual who knowingly signed the floorless convertibles which had fatal results - are the very same shareholders who believe he can turn this company into financial solvency.

Gerald Commissiong no longer owns majority control of AMBS - and most likely never will again.

Gerald's corporate guidance was "make it up as we go along"

Sad but true...
