They purchased a dispo hitting 8 figures for 1x gross, which anyone in any industry would readily agree wasn't a bad deal at all, and are rarely for sale rarely to begin with, in one of the largest markets in the nation prior to recreational launch.

Great deal, but lease back is slightly excessive to an insider, but taking into consideration revenues, in the end, peanuts. (May easily do $40MM+ upon recreational, with rent being less than 1%. Think they're doing low 20's right now, mid teens when purchased).
