You know, I usually just completely ignore, due to you simply hitting your file and deciding which you'll post 10 times that day, and, that's fine, but I find it very interesting you then tend to always sidestep any questions posed to you.

Seriously, what is this, like the 30-40th time you've posted their plumbing permits? :) lol, and see this as a major discovery..and you continue to post their lease information, when you don't actual know the property costs, such as taxes, and any city or county issues contained within the special use. (Property taxes were $2k annual btw prior to purchase. After purchase and permits it went to $20k, and sure to increase again once final inspections as such is the case with special use commercial properties.....)

I'm all for DD. Try doing some instead of cut and paste of things everyone has seen 50 times before (before you posted them 50 times)..literally 3 years old, and oddly enough avoid anything current...(Or would current stray from the file of posts... :) lol

And please, don't respond with a barrage of private messages (free account, I can't send anyway) or another cut and paste (which you surely will)....
