I tend to agree with you.

I'm a long of many years and so am very wary of being overly optimistic. There is no foundation for a good valuation for the company without revenue (obviously).

However, what I suspect will happen is that this uptrend will correspond with revenues, and that the uptrend predicts revenues. Anyone buying now is doing so in the expectation that the company will soon sign something. Since I suspect the timeline for that is about 3 months (before the end of the year, I suspect), that will likely be within the expectations of those buying now.

However, if it drags out to six months or more, then I would indeed expect a bunch of disappointed selling.

Or maybe the patience of current buyers is not as long as I predict (about 3 months). Maybe it's only one month, in which case by sometime in November it could start to tank. Who the heck knows.
