Why would CEPSA waste money filing a lawsuit against a company that has no ability to pay. Obviously they too believe ERHCs assets are worthless.

If ERHC ever has or gets anything of value CEPSA will be in court suing for what they are owed. You can't squeeze blood out of a turnip so why waste time and money trying?
