Only shares in the treasury can be retired!

The ~87 billion shares outstanding cannot be retired because they're held by shareholders!!

Another ~13 billion shares can pop up any moment like a jack-in-the-box as soon as debtholder decides to convert

Holding tight waiting for a PR saying the Shares have been retired.
