Actually it looks like what I said before. Somebody wanted to dump their 5000 ERHC shares that became 50 shares after the reverse split so they could write off their huge ERHC loss. The market maker was glad to accommodate this trade because it cost them only a penny. And, after all, it is their job to make a market in this stock when nobody wants to buy.
