That's how a RM gets announced? Through an 8k? It's BS.
Where's the PR announcing to the shareholders and general public.
One teeny tiny sentence? BS.

If you believe the RM is completed then please explain to me how it would be possible without first filing all delinquent financials?

After you've answered that one then explain to me why there are no 2017 Q1 and especially Q2 filings?


The closing of the transactions under the Exchange Agreement (the “Closing”), occurred on about May 31, 2016



Since when is a merger's closing date referred to as "about?" They don't know the date? It's BS I tell ya. I don't believe the deal is done and will not accept this BS as proof.
