X1000 ,CRCW has paid a lot of money to get RMRK and this clearly for one reason :

RMRK will be the publicly trading vehicle for them

it will cost them a lot of money to launch CRCW in an IPO and it will take a year or 2 while taking CRCW public through a reverse merger in a clean public shell is way more attractive !

once acquired /Merged they will directly go public and no need for big cost or big wait

RMRK is on the verge of big things !
