Perhaps thats why the got new lawyers. This would support the notion these guys were hired on the cheep just to drag things out, stall if you will expecting Wddd to go belly up in the not to distant future. Wrong, didn't work and when things began to go wddd"s way Bungie was told by Actavision to fire theme and bring in heavy'er guns (spend some $ now on defence ) We'll get a look see at there work shortly & then evaluate there competence.
