I've hear CEO's say that a RS does not mean we lose money? I disagree, and here's why? Say there is a 100 to 1 RS! The the stock would THEORETICALLY Move from .0009 to .009, or (.09.) Now my Math may be wanting, but the eventual outcome is correct IMO? If experiencing an R/S sometime in the near future, and we would be thrust into a higher PPS category, we would miss all the rises, hopefully rises, such as would be experienced as we continually rise to .001,.002,.003, .004, .005, then through all the LOST decimal points in between present PPS numbers, and that PPS number we would be thrust into after the R/S! At this time, we might see more exceptional rises, than at any other time after the R/S, especially when the Stock seems to be heating up now!

Also, all those natural gains being experienced, if left alone at the PPS position we are at now, would stimulate further interest in SDVI, result in more Morpheus products being sold, enliven the research staff, show that steadiness that Investors like to see, and make SDVI a focal point in everybody's mind? Everyone likes to see that chart continually moving up, which chances seem to be positive at this time, without an R/S interfering with that steady progress up? We Investors need all the incremental movements up, and not a "Break" into that momentum!

We don't need an R/S interfering with our profit building scenario! An R/S might work-out, but often does not! Yes, opportunities may open-up for the Company itself if doing so, but the investors will lose many profit-building moments if the decimal point moves up naturally!! At this time, a R/S would eradicate all the significant moves going UP to the new PPS level, especially with our potential at this time? Investors are at a critical stage, and if the Co' doesn't think of us, it will be a shame! Now, a R/S might not make that much difference, but the radical moves up would surely be reduced IMO?

In other words, don't we want to to take advantage of every decimal point, than just be thrust ahead into another higher PPS category, with no chance of recouping the advances we would have experienced if we stayed where we are now?

My math may be wrong but the eventuality is correct! All the PPS increases from .001,.002,.003,.004., and all the way up to the finally set-upon PPS number as those in-between decimals numbers, will be lost forever, as if they never existed! Yes, in reality, we will have the same amount of money as before, but it is the amount of additional profits we would lose by missing-out on the increases experienced if our natural decimal incremental by decimal incremental progress, would sustain itself as it is doing now, or will soon do, but would be completely obliviated by a R/S, especially at this time when SDVI shows excellent progress! It's much like flying over a Gold infested mining area, without a chance of getting any of it in your pocket?

Now, that doesn't mean that a comparative PPS number after a R/S will never be reached to match the PPS number SDVI has a good chance of reaching in the next 6-12 months, but it will take that much more time to reach that comparative number, relatively speaking if SDVI engages in a R/S! If we advance as I think we can in the next year or so, without a R/S, we will be able to take advantage of much greater profits, and not wait 5-? years before we can reach that same profit level with a R/S! It is NOW, or the near future where good profits can be made, not later when the excitement dies down and PPS stability might play out! I hope the Co' thinks of us more, as we were the life blood that kept this thing going?

Then, as others know, R/S's often leave future Investors wary of becoming involved as it means that there are far too many shares involved, and that more shares would eventually be needed to pay for the present and future accruing debt and expenses! So, one R/S might lead to another R/S, and then another, which is the worst case scenario of course, but SDVI seems to be a special case scenario IMO, but the results of a R/S often bitters the Investing public of the future! Many P-Stocks languish for a long time after the R/S, and the up-listing doesn't make that much difference in many cases as well! Then, when up-listing to a more populated Market, where more people with bigger paychecks get involved, along with where more Institutional Co's look for EXCELLENT prospects as well, we would just be viewed as an upstart with still too many problems and uncertainties besetting us! We would be at the bottom of the Barrel of excellent Candidates to buy into? Many Biggies might say that: "This guy (SDVI,)is not quite ready to get involved with yet?"

My hope is that profits become high enough that SDVI would be able to buy-back most of the Shares through cash payments, and give us on the board a fair chance to really make some money! Then, they might uplist with Cash, rather than with all that fancy maneuvering to get there? It might take longer the natural way yes, but who cares if the profits keep mounting up? We will see soon enough if SDVI has what it takes to naturally move up to the next level? IMO SDVI hopefuls
