The difference seems fairly clear to me. Kinda similar to the difference of a Medical School using a cadaver for training ...and The local firing range using cadavers for Zombie head shot training.

They are principally a British Company. They are not rolling joints and making brownies. They work with the extracts. They do it for medicinal purposes.
