Market cap is pathetic but PLSB needs to become self sufficient and exit from the current funding program so the pps can get into the 03 range and hold that position before the years end or it will continue to be a roller coaster type ticker...it is all about one thing for this ticker and that is the way the funding is structured...aimho...
