With the MG3, Inc. & MG3 Mobile Disparity…

Thanks for posting this. Your research looks solid, but I can only hope that the company has not provide the correct clarity on the matter for a positive resolution. Heck, especially since I am still a shareholder.

Only a guess, but maybe MG3, Inc. and MG3 Mobile are meant to be interpreted as synonymous in nature with how they were delivered within certain documents. I’m guessing and hoping of such because of how both names are related as one entity within the Fact Sheet, SEC, and OTC Market filings below:
